Questions
MyCare providers must have an unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy in at least one state and ideally, multiple states (Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, etc.). We are not able to accept applications from anyone requiring licensed supervision. In addition to active health licensure, providers must have a minimum three years of post-graduate experience with at least one year of post-licensed experience, and have training and experience in evidence-based modalities of care, such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, CPT.
Outside of the United States, MyCare Global providers must be a graduate of the Mental Health degree program required within their jurisdiction and must be licensed, certified, accredited, or registered at the highest designation offered in their jurisdiction for their discipline. Providers must have three years of continuous and chronological statement of work history by resume, curriculum vitae, or applications, and must pass global sanctions and criminal database checks.
Our providers include licensed psychotherapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, internists, and family practitioners. We understand that one size does not fit all, and we welcome a range of areas of expertise (including anxiety, PTSD, and more), specialties (such as LGBTQ+ identity), genders, ethnicities, and spoken languages.
Each provider goes through a detailed interview process, a full credentialing package, and a background check. Once selected, each provider is trained in clinical guidelines, measurement-based care, video etiquette, and MyCare technologies.
Compass by MyCare is a transformational behavioral health electronic health record designed by therapists and other care team members to drive precision and high-quality care decisions for more patients while reducing friction and red tape. Unlike standard, transaction-based electronic health records that focus on billing for a single appointment, Compass enables real time collaboration among mental health providers and MyCare Navigators to track a patient’s outcomes over time. Through a fully-integrated suite of core features like scheduling, billing, and clinical documentation creates a frictionless experience for providers.
