What kinds of practices is MyCare for?
MyCare is built for clinics and medical practices that want to reduce administrative work, cut operating costs and improve patient experience and return rates — from solo practitioners to multi-provider groups.

Which devices does MyCare work on?
Patients use the cross-platform MyCare app on iOS and Android. In the clinic, patients can check in and complete AI questionnaires on an iPad.
How does the AI health questionnaire work?
Before the visit, patients answer AI-generated questions on a self-guided iPad. Questions adapt to the patient’s history and current complaint — for example, the location, onset and type of a headache — so the doctor starts the consultation fully informed.
How are insurance claims handled?
MyCare’s built-in AI generates claim codes and submits claims automatically. You can track each claim as completed, sent or processed, view claim detail, and cancel or resubmit in one tap.
What reports will I get?
Daily, monthly and annual KPI reports covering patient care and satisfaction, operational efficiency and financial performance — plus predictive forecasting of patient inflow. Reports can be exported.
Does MyCare integrate with Apple Health?
Yes. With the patient’s permission, MyCare syncs Apple Health data such as activity, energy and heart rate into one overview that also powers personalized health tips.
Data & security
How is patient data protected?
MyCare uses digital record-keeping with advanced encryption and cloud-based backups, so patient data stays confidential, protected and always available.
Can patients access their own records?
Yes. Patients can view their medical record in the app, download it, and securely share it with their doctor.
Is MyCare HIPAA compliant?
When MyCare handles protected health information for a provider, MedCare Link acts as the provider’s HIPAA business associate. MedCare Link signs a Business Associate Agreement and maintains the safeguards required by the HIPAA Security Rule. HHS does not certify products as “HIPAA compliant.”
What happens if there is a data breach?
As required by HIPAA, MedCare Link notifies the affected provider of any breach of unsecured PHI without unreasonable delay and no later than 60 days after discovery.
